8. Refund Policy

  • Refund requests may be made within 10 days of the donation date with valid proof
  • Donations made to specific projects are non-refundable once implemented
  • General donations may be refunded before allocation to a project
  • Qurbani donations are refundable up to 7 days before the event
  • No refunds will be issued within 6 days of Qurbani

9. Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Bangladesh law.

10. Changes to Policy

Altaf Nisa Foundation reserves the right to modify, update, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Such changes will not affect any rights related to previous violations.
