Return & Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Altaf Nisa Foundation is a non-profit charitable organization. Donations made to the Foundation are voluntary contributions intended for humanitarian and welfare activities. Therefore, donations are generally non-refundable.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered only under the following exceptional circumstances:
  • Duplicate donation/payment
  • Technical error during the transaction
  • Unauthorized transaction (subject to verification)

3. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, donors must contact us within 7 days of the transaction and provide the following information:
  • Donor Name
  • Transaction ID
  • Date of Transaction
  • Reason for Refund

4. Refund Processing Timeline

Once the request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method (e.g., bank, mobile banking, or card).

5. Refund Approval

Altaf Nisa Foundation reserves the full right to approve or reject any refund request after proper review and verification.

6. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be applicable in the following situations:
  • Donations already utilized for a specific project
  • Funds used in emergency humanitarian activities
  • Requests made after the specified time limit
